Australian Age Swimming Championships - Brisbane April 9 to 13

Geelong Swimming Club will be represented by eight swimmers at the Australian Age Swimming Championships next week in Brisbane.

Stephanie Taylor will compete in the Girls 16 years 50m Freestyle, 100m Freestyle and the 100m Backstroke. Stephanie has also been  nominated for the Victorian 18 & Under State Freestyle Relay. She is ranked 11th in the 50m Freestyle.

Olivia Dalton and Jess Mackay will contest the Girls 16 years 100m and 200m Breaststroke. Olivia is ranked 9th in the 200m event

First time qualifiers Trent Richards and Brock Norwood will swim in the 13 years 100m and 200m Breaststroke and 14 years 100m Breaststroke.

The team also includes Digby Krastins, Andrew McColl and Tyler Parkinson who swim in the Boys 14 years Freestyle and Medley Club Relays with Trent and Brock.

All swimmers have had an excellent preparation for this meet and should swim at their best.
