It's True!!  It's getting close and it's coming off . . ..

We all like to help our community in someway.  Sometimes we just live in our swimming bubble. There is one way you can help with the Worlds Greatest Shave Saturday 15th March.  

Glenn, Lisa, Luke and Jessica Rush are prepared to go the whole way on Saturday 15th March. 

Luke has been swimming up a storm this season.  For his first year Luke has represented the club at Vic Country and State Finals and has also qualified for the All Junior Semis coming up at the end of this month.

The Rush family are raising funds to support the Leukaemia Foundation who have been a great support to Kylie, Stuart, Tilly and Alice since Tilly was diagnosed in August 2006.  Now you ask who they are.  Tilly is the niece/cousin of the Rush family.

As you can see in the photos this is not the first time Luke has shaved for a cause.  Pictured: Tilly has great delight in preparing Luke for it all to come off.  Glenn is also going the whole hog this year and Lisa and Jessica will be colouring for the cause.

The Rush family will be displaying there new styles at the final club on Sunday 16th March so the boys will be freshly shave and the girls with lots of colour. Lisa will bring a receipt book and can take donations on this day also.
