Geelong Swimming Club Limited

Geelong Swimming Club recently completed our transition to a company limited by guarantee, establishing our inaugural Board of Directors. The new governance structure provides a modern foundation to support the Club's continued growth and development, while retaining GSC's status as a member-controlled, not-for-profit organisation. Although the Club's governance structure has changed, the heart of Geelong Swimming Club remains the same. For more than 143 years, our success has been built on the commitment and dedication of our athletes, coaches, families and volunteers, whose collective efforts continue to make GSC a welcoming and supportive community.

The Board brings together four Member Directors and three Independent Directors with complementary skills and experience in community sport, governance, business and leadership. Together, they provide strategic oversight and help guide the long-term direction of the Club, ensuring GSC remains well positioned for the future while supporting the strong community values that have always defined our Club.

We are pleased to introduce the members of the Geelong Swimming Club Board below and thank them for volunteering their time and expertise in support of our Club's future.
